I have opened command prompt and run sfc/scannow. This browse has found errors and corrected.
I and then entered DISM/Online/Cleanup-Image/CheckHealth but get fault bulletin to say option unknown? What am I doing wrong?

I come across, information technology seems that y'all didn't put spaces betwixt DISM and the slash. It should look like this, DISM<space>/Online<space>/Cleanup-Image<infinite>/CheckHealth

I have run system file checker as described but update KB5005463 showing download error.
As a result I reset windows update components, again, as described only update KB5005463 is notwithstanding showing download error with error lawmaking 0x80070643.

Thank you for your reply. I have watched video and the repair/reinstall seems straightforward enough. You lot mentioned about it taking some fourth dimension to to consummate, whatsoever suggestions as to how many hours?
This process may resolve another problem I accept with my PC no longer reading USB sticks or external hard drives. When plugging in USB stick I get screen maxim setting up and prepare to use but doesn't announced in explorer. Only one of my USB's is currently recognised.
I will revert one time repair/reinstallation has been completed.
